Job Description - VooDoo Daiquiris Supervisor

The VooDoo Daiquiris Supervisor will manage staff, handle cash, uphold company standards, and drive sales. Key responsibilities include training on daiquiri recipes, machine maintenance, and maintaining a high-energy, fun atmosphere.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the daily preparation and consistency of drink recipes

Manage daiquiri stock/inventory and ensure frozen machines are filled, clean, and functioning

Supervise shifts, organize schedules, and train both new and current staff

Maintain attention to detail with cash management, till reconciliation, and reporting sales

Manage the flow of guests and maintain high standards for cleanliness throughout the bar

Lead and motivate team members while also maintaining accountability to standards

Support staff during busy service periods

Plan/manage schedules to ensure proper staffing at all times

Uphold high standards of drink quality, presentation, and service

Oversee stock control, order supplies, and foster positive vendor relationships

Monitor financial performance including sales targets and cost control

Professionally handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction

Ensure compliance with licensing laws, age verification procedures, and health and safety regulations

Support staff development through training, coaching, and performance feedback

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 21 years old

Must have a valid state driver's license

High school diploma or GED; a degree in hospitality or business a plus

Prior experience as a bartender or lead

At least one year of supervisory experience in a high-energy hospitality environment

Proven ability to hire, train, and schedule staff

Ability to maintain professionalism responding to complaints/praises

Accomplished mixology skills with extensive knowledge of daiquiri preparation and mixing machines

Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, ability to manage budgets, and drive profitability

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Strong leadership skills with the ability to multi-task

Ability to stand for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs
