VP for ED Program Manager for Cyber Security and Reporting Programs

VP reporting to E.D. Sr Program Manager

MUST be local to New York City, Hybrid Schedule

Salary up to $160k

Non-Negotiable Skills:

• Proven experience delivering technology projects, specifically on intake and reporting, ideally within cybersecurity.
• Experience working within a PMO
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects across cross-functional organizations, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Experience with Regulatory Change Management.
• Governance and PMO experience, including project governance, PCR’s, and progress reporting.
• Strong project management skills.
• Highly structured and organized, with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong business, analytical, quantitative, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills including experience at performing this across multiple functions, committees and areas
• Superior communication skills: both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff
• Must have Banking or Financial firm experience
