One of the largest Advertising and Media groups in the world is seeking an experienced and visionary VP of Growth Operations
The VP of Growth Operations is a strategic partner to the Market CEO (Israel). Responsible for driving operational efficiency, business scalability, and revenue growth. This role focuses on aligning operational execution with strategic goals through data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. A key priority includes leading the implementation of AI and automation tools to improve both business and operational performance. While the role has no direct team management, it requires strong influence across local and global stakeholders and a proven ability to lead change across systems, tools, and practices.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Business Operational Leadership
Partner closely with the Market CEO to lead annual planning and ongoing business operations across all functions.
Provide operational leadership for local and global initiatives, working in partnership with business development to support execution and alignment with growth objectives.
Develop and implement operational models that deliver consistent service levels and contribute directly to revenue growth and profitability.
Champion of change - Drive adoption and implementation of AI-powered tools and automation platforms to optimize both business and operational processes
Establish and enforce operational policies and procedures that ensure proper compliance with legal, financial, and corporate standards.
Oversee the governance of documentation required for business development processes.
Financial Operations & Cost Optimization
Collaborate with the CFO to manage budgets, track financial performance, forecast future outcomes, and support cost-effective decision-making.
Identify opportunities for financial efficiencies through automation, vendor negotiation, and process improvement.
Vendor & Partnership Management
Oversee key vendor relationships, including platforms such as Google, Meta etc.
Manage third-party agreements and pricing negotiations, ensuring value and compliance.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Senior level (Head of/VP/ C level) as VP Business or Growth operations roles within global or corporate companies. Preferably in the ad-tech. marketing or media industries.
Proven ability to drive operational efficiency, implement business transformation, and support revenue growth through process and performance optimization.
Strong track record of successfully implementing change across diverse teams and functions, including AI and automation technologies.
B.A./B.Sc. degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
Strong understanding of financial performance metrics, including budget management, forecasting, and margin optimization.
Experience managing third-party vendors, platforms, and legal/IT partnerships.
Demonstrated ability to build operational models and frameworks to support business development, execution, and scalability.
Deep analytical capability with a results-oriented mindset, capable of translating data into strategic and actionable insights.
Experience operating within matrixed and multinational environments.
