  Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategic initiatives to grow the concrete construction division.

· Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success across operations, safety, and quality.

· Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

· Manage and oversee multiple large-scale concrete construction projects from inception to completion.

· Allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.

· Drive process improvements and promote the adoption of innovative construction technologies.

· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, superintendents, foremen, and support staff.

· Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

· Ensure staffing needs are met, including recruiting and retaining top talent.

· Develop and manage budgets for all concrete operations.

· Monitor financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and maximize profitability.

· Approve bids, contracts, and changes to project scopes.

· Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies.

· Establish quality control standards and ensure compliance throughout all project phases.

· Lead initiatives to improve safety and reduce risk across all operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on concrete.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale concrete construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgets, scheduling, and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in advanced concrete techniques, including precast, post-tensioned, or decorative concrete.
• Experience in LEED or sustainable construction practices.
