Product: Furnace and Finishing Equipment
Compensation Range: $180K+

15+ years of experience in metal stamping or related manufacturing industries.
7+ years of senior leadership experience with full P&L responsibility.
Strong background in manufacturing operations, cost control, and profitability improvement.
Proven success in commercial growth, business development, and customer relationships.
Experience serving automotive, Tier 1 suppliers, appliance manufacturers, or industrial OEMs.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA preferred. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and business acumen required.
