Our Theory of Change focuses on addressing early childhood education, economic stability, and family well-being to create lasting community impact. We invest in evidence-based programs, advocacy, and partnerships to ensure children and families receive the support they need to thrive. As Vice President of Finance, you will play a crucial role in sustaining this vision, ensuring financial strategies align with our long-term goals and community impact.

The Opportunity

As the Vice President of Finance, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, overseeing the financial health of the organization. You will manage financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and strategic financial initiatives to ensure TFC’s long-term success. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of nonprofit financial management, grant funding, and regulatory compliance.

Team Structure & Direct Reports

As Vice President of Finance, you will oversee the Accounting Team. You will lead a team of approximately 6-7 finance professionals, providing guidance, oversight, and professional development.
