In this pivotal role, you will: Serve as the Vice President of Human Resources , providing strategic direction and leadership for all HR functions across the 1200+ employee organization. Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy
that aligns with the company's overall business objectives, fostering a culture of engagement and high performance. Lead and grow a talented team of HR professionals , providing coaching, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Partner with senior leadership
to ensure alignment between HR initiatives and the company's strategic goals. Champion a positive and inclusive work environment
that attracts, retains, and develops top talent. Oversee all aspects of the HR function , including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and performance management. Stay abreast of current HR trends and best practices , implementing innovative solutions to optimize the organization's human capital. The Ideal Vice President of Human Resources Candidate: Proven track record of success as a Vice President of Human Resources or similar senior HR leadership role in a large organization (1000+ employees). Strong understanding of all HR functions, with a focus on strategic HR management. Experience developing and implementing a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business goals. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a high-performing HR team. Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Passion for creating a positive and inclusive work environment. Bachelor's degree is a must have Additional certifications; such as SHRM, PHR, etc. would be ideal.
