REPORTING TO THE PRESIDENT, YOU WILL:
Qualifications
Strategic Leadership
· Senior HR leadership experience with demonstrated executive partnership
· Organizational development, workforce planning, and change leadership capability
· Ability to influence and build credibility across all levels of an organization
Operational Expertise
· Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or similarly complex operating environments
· Understanding of frontline workforce dynamics and skilled trades environments
· Continuous improvement mindset with practical business acumen
· Exposure to, or support of, M&A activity, including due diligence, integration, or scaling through acquisition preferred
Talent & Culture
· Success in talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement
· Ability to strengthen culture during periods of growth and change
· Experience in family-owned or closely held organizations preferred
HR Operations & Scalability
· Experience building scalable HR systems, programs, and processes
· Data-driven approach to decision-making and workforce planning
· Success supporting growth in evolving or high-growth organizations
