VP of Marketing and Communications

Backed by over 100 years of business, Atlas Machine & Supply is currently seeking a VP of Marketing and Communications to expand our brand as we continue to grow. We are a rock solid, stable employer operating from offices in Louisville, Cincinnati, Columbus and Evansville. 

This position will control the budget, calendar, and execution of five key initiatives:

• Corporate Identity - Build and maintain a buzzworthy and memorable brand and slogan. Improve and maintain visual aesthetic of company, lobbies, vehicles, uniforms, voicemail answering system, tradeshow supplies, promotional products. Produce marketing decks, packets and mailers. Oversee website and Social Media Profiles.

• Advertising– Generate new business through search engine optimization, online advertising, localized search, Industry Magazines/Website and sponsorships.

• Awareness - Build and maintain media and social influencer database. Distribute press and social media releases to generate media coverage and influencer interest. Develop new business by planning and coordinating conferences, trade shows, seminars. Identify leadership opportunities through charity, educational, and lecture involvement. Develop and coordinate corporate involvement in social and economic issues. National boards, small business policies and initiatives, etc.

• Customer Engagement - Maintain current and potential customer databases. Plan and oversee promotional campaigns and customer reminders Produce customer Surveys and Feedback Analysis. Produce Customer Appreciation Events. Develop and market informational content - videos, newsletters, viral conversation

• Market Research - Industry statistics and analysis, Competitive analysis, Monitor trends and identify new business opportunities
