We are seeking an experienced Veterinarian who is ready to practice animal medicine part-time while leading multi-site teams the rest of the time.
The ideal candidate is authoritative but caring, compassionate and relevant, ready to recruit the best doctors in the area, excited to grow successful practices, will restructure current animal hospitals, willing to focus on month-to-month operations and processing, provide extensive mentorship, and cheer on current staff.
A potential leap in an Associate Veterinarians’ career is on the horizon with this role. You’ll have and gain hands-on experience when you’re traveling between our network of Animal Hospitals, working with recruiters to bring in talented and successful veterinarians. You’ll also step in to market our DeNovo’s.
If you are someone with high skill sets who is ready to jump in and play an active role in both established and DeNovo Hospitals, excited to stay updated with advancements in medical practices and management methodologies, but most of all passionate about finding and retaining the best teams at every single one of our hospitals, then this is the job for you.
