VP of Operations

Access Healthcare LLC. is seeking an experienced, strategic and results-oriented VP of Operations to join our dynamic team. This role will be crucial in driving the strategic growth, efficiency, and productivity of our organization. The VP of Operations will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with our company's strategic objectives.
• Leading cross-functional team efforts to efficiently manage resources and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
• Identifying process improvement opportunities and leading change initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborating with the leadership team to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
• Overseeing and managing budget and financial operations, ensuring all financial goals are met within set timelines.
• Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of our healthcare operations to ensure smooth progress.
• Supervising staff from different departments and providing constructive feedback.
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, federal regulations, and accreditations by maintaining updated knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications for this role include:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is highly desirable.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting, with a track record of efficient leadership and continuous growth.
• Strong understanding of healthcare laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities, with the ability to think strategically and work collaboratively.
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Proficiency in understanding and manipulating data to drive decision making.
