What You Will Do

As VP of Operations, you will own all aspects of warehousing, logistics, maintenance, sanitation, production, and frozen cold chain operations across multiple facilities. You will lead a team of department managers, keep the business safe, clean, and inspection-ready, and bring the operational discipline needed to support continued growth. Reporting to the COO, you will be a senior voice on the leadership team, driving process improvements and ensuring the business runs efficiently at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Lead warehouse operations across multiple facilities, prioritizing safety, cleanliness, efficiency, and preventative maintenance


• Manage maintenance and sanitation programs to keep facilities inspection-ready and work toward SQF certification


• Oversee warehouse capacity and the movement of goods between facilities, finding efficiencies in transportation and supply chain


• Develop and implement SOPs, train and mentor your team, and maintain a consistent, visible presence on the floor, including during off-hours and weekends


• Report on weekly KPIs, manage budgets, and lead the rollout of supply chain analytics to support better business decisions

Who You Are

You are a hands-on operations leader with deep experience in food manufacturing or a related CPG environment, comfortable managing multiple facilities and leading through people. You are safety-obsessed, mechanically inclined, and energized by solving problems before they happen. You build buy-in across departments, communicate clearly, and are just as comfortable on the warehouse floor as you are reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment; food, CPG, or beverage experience a plus


• Strong technical skills in process improvement and materials management


• Experience managing budgets and being held financially accountable


• Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment and navigating changing business demands


• Able to work a flexible schedule including one weekend day as part of regular schedule and early mornings and evenings


• Comfortable to be on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds


• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred


• Conversational Spanish highly preferred
