We are working with a 10 year-old, $30M, fabricator in the steel and metal space that has quadrupled in size since 2019 and is on target to do that again in the next 3 years! They have retained us to find them a strong VP of Operations to oversee three fabrication plants throughout the South Central region. What You'll Do

Oversee all fabrication and project management aspects of the company

Optimize operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency and productivity

Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, prospects, strategic partners, vendors, and suppliers

Develop and lead a strong talent organization

Manage budgets and forecasts

What You'll Need

Experience in both project management of multi-million dollar projects and managing fabrication operations

Proficient in operational software and systems relevant to the steel fabrication industry

Strong understanding of AWS, NACE/SSPC, and AISC standards
