RESPONSIBILITIES
- In collaboration with the CEO, develop, implement, and execute growth strategies for premier provider of product handling and site logistics services
- P&L responsibility for current site-based operations
- Provide leadership and support to multiple teams of highly qualified professionals and skilled laborers
- Manage customer relationships at the site and corporate level
- Maintain safety and operational excellence by focusing on preventive, corrective, and predictive factors for continuous improvement
- Maintain and promote the company’s award-winning culture to produce a superior customer and employee experience
- Identify technology and innovation opportunities to enhance value

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years in refining or chemical manufacturing operations
- Master of Business Administration
- Knowledgeable in site-based logistics e.g. rail, truck, marine, warehouse, tank farm
- Experience directing multiple high-performing teams
- MS in engineering
- Commensurate experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Demonstrated ability to identify, promote and execute a vision of leadership
- History of success in managing people to achieve operational excellence
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in plant and corporate settings
- Willing to travel
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US
