The VP of Product Management will be a foundational member of the executive leadership team, responsible for strategic product vision, agile product development, customer and user feedback, cross-functional collaboration, market disruption, and team leadership.Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus. A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, particularly in startup environments or fast-paced tech companies, is required. The role demands a deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, threats, and market trends, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, along with a collaborative and team-oriented approach. The VP of Product Management will work closely with the CEO on product and positioning strategy, and it is critical that the candidate can drive a product vision that is prescriptive and easy to use for both managed security service providers and enterprises.
