Job Description - VP of Sales

VP of Sales (Aerospace & Defence) - TX

What’s more important is listening – actively listening.

The company is a leading manufacturer and innovator of electrical components, selling directly into the Aerospace / Defence industries.

What You Will Do:

· Join a dynamic and growing Aerospace & Defence business at the forefront of innovation

· Lead from the front, developing the business development division to continued success on the international stage

· Provide top level strategic monitoring and direction to the company
 

What You Will Have:

· Experience in working within the Aerospace and/or Defence Markets

· Evidence of experience successfully managing and developing people

· Evidence of delivering substantial sales growth

· Experience in business planning and departmental P&L management
