We're scaling fast—and we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on VP of Sales to lead that growth nationwide.
As our Vice President of Sales, you'll be at the helm of our national revenue strategy. You’ll lead and scale a high-performance sales team, drive process excellence, and build the systems that power our ambitious growth targets.
This is a high-impact leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and knows how to build and manage teams that deliver results.
Important: This is a fully onsite role based in Chicago, IL. We welcome applicants currently residing in Illinois.
Sales Strategy & GTM Execution – Design and implement a data-driven go-to-market plan that hits aggressive revenue targets.
Team Leadership – Manage multiple sales managers, each overseeing teams of 10–12 reps across inbound and outbound channels.
Coaching & Development – Hire, train, and mentor both leaders and reps. Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and growth.
Forecasting & Reporting – Own pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and real-time performance dashboards.
Sales Process Optimization – Remove friction in the sales cycle through better tools, automation, and repeatable playbooks.
Tech & CRM Enablement – Drive Salesforce or HubSpot adoption, reporting, and sales enablement tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to align on shared revenue goals.
5–10+ years of experience leading high-performing, metrics-driven sales teams
Proven experience managing multiple sales managers and distributed sales teams (10–12 reps per manager)
Deep expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot), sales automation tools, and funnel optimization
Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics skills
Ability to coach, mentor, and retain top-tier sales talent
Excellent communication and presentation skills—from C-suite briefings to 1:1 rep coaching
A “builder” mindset—comfortable working in fast-moving, startup environments
Experience in tech-enabled services, retail tech, or franchising models
Exposure to high-growth or venture-backed companies
Background in regulated or operationally complex industries
