POSITION SUMMARY

The Vice President of Strategic Partnership is responsible for leading CCG brand name sales efforts through a network of Manufactures Representatives, OEMs, Owner's and other Corporate Accounts. The VP of Strategic Partnership also directs and oversees all aspects of the organization's Strategic Markets sales team and driving the sales growth and company's competitive position in the market. The Vice President of Strategic Partnership is a key member of the company's leadership team and is a key contributor in company-wide strategic development and execution.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

Develop and deploy the company's sales strategy and market development programs and initiatives to secure sales growth goals.
Lead and support the establishment and improvement of relationships within markets such as major developers, property owners, consultants, and specifying engineers, and any other organization, in the relevant markets.
Lead a team of Strategic Sales individuals to maximize sales territory profitability and growth
Organize and report key performance indicators for Sales on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Lead company efforts to assess, support and improve the network of strategic accounts
Provide regular updates to the CEO, CFO, and Senior Leadership Team on all sales programs, initiatives and strategy
Partner with the Credit team and company Controller to ensure the support of credit policies, order change processes, and AR collections
Responsible for business development and opportunities within Strategic Market prospects
Monitor programs and procedures and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain organizations to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
Continuously work with Sales and Customer Service teams to create, develop, and maintain positive, effective business relationships with current and potential customers
Supervisory Responsibilities :

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning, assigning and directing work assignments; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing concerns and resolving problems.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business or related field required (MBA Preferred)
Experience: Ten years of customer service and sales experience with industrial equipment for commercial construction
HVAC industry experience required, and Fan Coil, or Air Handler specific experience is preferred
Computer Skills: Strong computer skills with familiarity with Microsoft Office
ERP, and CRM system experience
