VP Rental

JOB PURPOSE

Drives Financial Growth of Rep Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assembles a Rep team based on growth opportunities.
2. Leads the development of VP’s Rep team.
3. Oversees Rep commissions and Revex Report analysis.
4. Interfaces with Executive VP Rentals on key business issues.

1. ASSEMBLES A REP TEAM BASED ON GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES BY:

• Selecting Reps who are motivated to improve their performance.
• Recruiting Reps who exhibit growth potential
• Terminating Reps who are not producing results in a timely manner

2. DRIVES THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE REP TEAM BY:

• Ensuring Reps meet their client engagement targets.
• Fostering a results-oriented culture where performance is the metric of success
• Holding Reps accountable for written goals/targets
• Accompanying Reps on client visits as needed for key relationships.
• Interfacing regularly with Reps to review strategies, forward leads and resolve Rep conflicts, etc.
• Hosting weekly Teams meetings with the Rep team.
• Approves Carve outs.
• Approves Rep Expense Reports

3. OVERSEES REP COMMISSIONS AND REVEX REPORT ANALYSIS BY:

• Reviewing Revex reports with Reps and providing feedback on areas that need improvement.
• Reviewing and approving draws and draw or salary adjustments.
• Negotiating draw adjustments with Reps to avoid unsustainable commission deficits.
• Assisting the Revex and Billing Manager with billing report issues.
• Assisting Reps in identifying underperforming clients.

4. INTERFACES WITH EVPR ON KEY BUSINESS ISSUES BY:

• Forwarding large contracts for credit risk evaluation.
• Reviewing jobs with associated performance risks (outdoor, foreign, etc.).
• Enrolling EVPR in difficult collection issues and insurance claims.
