Job Description
The Vice President of Sales will lead Illuminate USA’s sales organization and own top-line revenue performance across strategic customer channels. This role is responsible for driving new business, negotiating high-volume supply agreements, and ensuring customer commitments align with production capacity and delivery schedules.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP will establish a disciplined sales approach, oversee pipeline development and forecasting, and build the structure needed to support sustained regional growth. As the organization expands, this leader will scale the team while continuing to lead complex negotiations and drive overall sales performance.
