About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Global Sales Effectiveness to lead the design and implementation of sales effectiveness programs that drive efficiency, scale, and sustainability for the global Revenue team. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with Sales and Customer Success leaders to identify knowledge and skills gaps, building a roadmap for field workforce enablement, and developing targeted training programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role requires a top-tier communicator with over 10 years of experience in a similar global sales effectiveness role within a large-scale technology or software company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field selling to empathetically understand the needs of field sellers and will be adept at working with geographically dispersed teams, balancing priorities across multiple groups, and appreciating cultural and regional differences.Key responsibilities for the VP, Sales Effectiveness include building a robust infrastructure for program delivery, defining and measuring the impact of sales effectiveness programs, launching new learning methods, and participating in go-to-market launch programs. The role demands a self-starter with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and a strong ability to work cross-functionally within the revenue organization to drive alignment and deliver results. The candidate should be a team-oriented leader, capable of making tough decisions, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Excellent leadership, public speaking, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to create and execute high-impact communications at a global scale.
