Job Description - VP, Senior Relationship Manager

RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing an established South Florida bank seeking a VP/FVP, Senior C&I Relationship Manager to expand its commercial banking relationships in the Miami market.

The bank is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven commercial lender with a strong local network and a demonstrated ability to generate new business. This opportunity centers on developing C&I lending relationships, growing deposits, and serving the broader banking needs of business owners.

Key Qualifications & Responsibilities

Originate new commercial and industrial loans, including working capital lines, term loans, and equipment financing.
Develop new client relationships through established referral sources, centers of influence, and direct business development.
Grow commercial deposits and identify opportunities for treasury management services.
Partner with credit and underwriting teams to structure transactions and guide opportunities through approval and closing.
Maintain and deepen existing relationships while supporting sound credit quality and portfolio performance.
Demonstrate a track record of commercial loan production and strong knowledge of the Miami/South Florida market.
