The Opportunity

Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President, Product Supply to lead manufacturing, customer service, and warehouse/logistics operations across the Americas. This pivotal role will drive operational excellence, innovation, and scalability in support of GPN’s ambitious growth agenda.

As a key member of the GPN Americas Leadership Team, you will:

• Oversee all aspects of supply chain management, manufacturing, logistics, and operational strategy across the region.


• Champion operational transformation and continuous improvement.


• Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and high performance.


• Play a succession role for the Global Chief Supply Chain Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize manufacturing, customer service, and logistics operations to deliver best-in-class performance.


• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support business growth, innovation, and cost efficiency.


• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain execution.


• Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement, digital transformation, and sustainability.


• Build and mentor high-performing teams, nurturing talent and succession pipelines.

About You

• Proven track record of transformational leadership in complex, matrixed environments.


• Experience leading large-scale manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics operations (ideally in nutrition, food, or CPG sectors).


• Strategic thinker with a global mindset and strong business acumen.


• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.


• Passion for innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Compensation for roles at Glanbia varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.  Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois. This range may not be applicable to other locations. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range.  The annual salary for Illinois based employees for this role is $300,000 - $370,000 with an annual bonus and LTIP.
