About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Talent Development and Experience to lead strategic initiatives in talent development, performance management, learning, and employee experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying programs that support the company's mission to improve the health of underserved communities. This role is pivotal in fostering an inclusive culture and driving employee engagement that aligns with the company's values. Key responsibilities include designing a performance management framework, creating a growth and leveling strategy, leading executive leadership development, and building a high-performing employee care model. The VP will also be instrumental in developing and executing a comprehensive learning and development strategy, including new hire onboarding, and will lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.Applicants for this role should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of experience in learning and development. The ideal candidate will be adept at making data-driven decisions, particularly in collecting and understanding employee experience and turnover data. Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, is required. The role demands a strategic thinker who can also be a hands-on leader, driving initiatives that enhance the employee experience and support the growth and development of the team. The VP will be expected to stay current with industry trends and best practices, ensuring that the company's talent programs remain innovative and compliant with regulatory standards.
