VTC Project Manager (Cisco and WebEx)

Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee VTC projects from initiation to closeout, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project team members, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to define project requirements, develop technical solutions, and create project proposals and statements of work (SOWs).
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and third-party suppliers to procure equipment, materials, and services necessary for project implementation.
Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.
Conduct regular project meetings, status updates, and progress reports to communicate project status, address concerns, and facilitate decision-making.
Lead installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of VTC systems, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
Provide technical guidance and support to project team members, ensuring proper training, documentation, and knowledge transfer for successful project delivery.
Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement, capture best practices, and drive continuous process improvement.
Stay current on emerging VTC technologies, trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for innovation and optimization of VTC solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or related field required; PMP certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on VTC systems implementation and integration.
Strong technical expertise in Cisco collaboration technologies, including Webex Meetings, Webex Teams, Cisco TelePresence, and related products.
Experience with VTC room systems, codecs, cameras, microphones, displays, and audiovisual integration.
Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Asana.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, drive collaboration, and achieve project objectives in a dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements.
