• High school graduate and two (2) years applicable experience. 
• Hands-on experience with various AV and VTC equipment and operations. Prefer  experience in  
• Good communications skills; both written and oral. 
• U.S. DOD Secret security clearance. • Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects and assignments. 
• Strong organizational skills. 
• Strong interpersonal skills in working with diverse customer base. 
• Ability to rapidly respond to immediate requests for technical assistance and  coordination of AV/VTC support. 

Requirements

• Creative and professional skills in video productions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with the following equipment is a plus: VTC Bridge, CISCO MSE 8510, VTC Codecs, CISCO SX80, CISCO EX90, CISCO C40, CISCO C60, Control Touch Pads, Extron TLP Pro 102QT, CISCO TTC5-05, CRESTRON, AMX 1500 VG
