Job Summary:
Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a qualified
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a W2 direct -hire
opportunity. This role involves providing high -quality anesthesia
care across a variety of clinical settings while working as part of
a collaborative and well -supported anesthesia team. The ideal
candidate will bring strong clinical skills, sound clinical
judgment, and a commitment to patient -centered care. This permanent

Requirements
â Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board
on Certification and Re -certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
â Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas.
â Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience as a CRNA
preferred; New grads will also be considered.
â Proficiency in General, Ortho, OB, Urology, Peds, ENT, Vascular, Pain, Cath Lab, IR
â Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver
anesthesia care across diverse patient populations
â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
â BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
