WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Dining Room Preparation
- Transform dining spaces into welcoming, polished environments—setting tables with care and ensuring every detail feels intentional.
- Maintain beautifully organized service areas that reflect the high quality experience residents deserve.
- Keep dishware clean and ready, supporting seamless and efficient meal service.
Meal Service
- Deliver exceptional, relationship centered dining experiences—serving meals with warmth, professionalism, and an eye for personalized resident care.
- Guide residents through daily menu selections, offering thoughtful recommendations tailored to individual tastes and dietary needs.
- Anticipate needs and elevate each interaction, making mealtime a highlight of residents’ day.
Safety & Regulatory Compliance
- Champion safety by upholding FDA food safety standards and Regulations.
- Ensure dining operations meet sanitation and cleanliness standards worthy of a health care-focused environment.
- Follow resident-specific dietary guidelines and collaborate closely with nursing and dietary partners to ensure wellbeing at every meal.
WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Knowledge of food service sanitation and safety practices preferred.
- Understanding of special diets and textures helpful.
Experience
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Experience in dining or hospitality settings beneficial.
