We’re seeking a Walk-In Tub Sales Specialist — a two-hour radius road warrior who’s ready to own a territory, close premium deals, and earn $3,000+ per week in straight commission.

The Mission:

• Travel daily within a two-hour radius of your home base

• Run pre-set, high-intent appointments with homeowners interested in walk-in tubs

• Deliver powerful, needs-based presentations that speak to independence, comfort, and safety

• Sell our exclusive Walk-in Tub Systems, backed by the Guaranteed Forever™ warranty

• Track activity, performance, and pipeline in our CRM — with discipline and precision

• Represent Champion Bath™ with confidence, credibility, and compassion

The Standard:

• This is 100% commission — but $3,000/week is real and achievable for those who close

• Appointments are provided — you focus on the close, not the chase

• Must have at least 2 years of proven in-home sales experience

• Must have reliable transportation and a tablet or laptop for digital contracts and CRM usage

• You are self-motivated, self-accountable, and don’t need supervision to crush your goals

• You are a mission-first performer who doesn’t flinch at long drives, long days, or big expectations
