  • Prioritize/manage walkdown schedules to support system availability and CQV protocol execution
  • Collaborate closely with field Quality personnel and subcontractors to confirm compliance with testing and documentation requirements
  • Identify, track, and drive closure of punch list items using the ACC digital platform to ensure subcontractor work meets design and quality expectations
  • Execute and verify pre-commissioning / installation checklists to ensure systems are safe and ready for operational testing
  • Assist with construction turnover package assembly, review, and verification
  • Create drawing redlines as needed to accurately reflect as-built system conditions
  • Review pressure testing documentation for completeness and code compliance (knowledge of ASME B31 code and/or ASHRAE Standards preferred)
  • Act as liaison between Construction and CQV teams, including attending and facilitating meetings to support system turnover sequencing and handover of custody to the client.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with Construction, CQV, Quality, subcontractors, and design teams to surface risks early and support timely issue resolution
  • Foster a collaborative, respectful, team environment and support overall project success by willingly assisting beyond assigned responsibilities when needed

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Construction Turnover and/or Startup experience in Advanced Manufacturing, Biotechnology, or Capital Projects or Commissioning, Qualification, Validation and Compliance experience in the Life Sciences with an emphasis on IV/OV;

  • Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple disciplines and organizational levels
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Commitment to the highest standards of technical excellence and quality, with a focus on creating world-class experiences for clients and employees
