Walker/Canteen Associate - The Springs Resort

The Springs Resort & Spa is hiring an energetic Walker/Canteen Associate to deliver beverages to guests enjoying our hot springs. You will ensure timely and friendly service, creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you enjoy working outdoors and delivering great customer service, this is a fantastic opportunity!

Where you can make an impact:

• Deliver beverages and refreshments to guests in the hot springs area.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders, maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to any requests or questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the beverage service areas.
• Uphold safety protocols when handling alcohol and interacting with guests.
• Assist in stocking and organizing beverage stations throughout the resort.
• Ensure all guests are following resort policies and behaving safely within the springs.
• Collaborate with the food and beverage team to ensure smooth service operations.

Education/Formal Training:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

• Previous experience in food and beverage service is a plus.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to carry trays and walk long distances.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Familiarity with handling alcohol and responsible serving practices.
• Must be able to travel to The Springs Resort & Spa.
