Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Baker to lead the production of our signature biscuits for a fast-growing breakfast sandwich concept. This role is critical to delivering a consistent, high-quality product that defines our brand. The ideal candidate has experience in scratch baking, thrives in an early-morning production environment, and takes pride in craftsmanship and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, and bake biscuits from scratch according to company recipes and standards


• Ensure consistent product quality, texture, flavor, and appearance


• Manage daily production schedules to meet volume demands


• Monitor ingredient levels and communicate ordering needs


• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment


• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations


• Assist in testing and refining recipes as the concept evolves


• Work collaboratively with kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

• 2+ years of baking experience (scratch baking preferred)


• Experience with high-volume production environments is a plus


• Strong understanding of baking techniques, dough handling, and ingredient functionality


• Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistency


• Must have a current SNHD Food Handlers Card (Nevada Health Card)


• Early morning availability (including weekends and holidays as needed)


• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs


• Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with biscuits, bread, or quick-service restaurant concepts


• Culinary or pastry training (formal or equivalent hands-on experience)


• Experience opening or scaling a new food concept
