About the Role:

As a Groundskeeping & Maintenance Team Member, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the campground’s outdoor spaces. Your primary focus will be landscaping, groundskeeping, and maintaining green spaces, while also assisting with general maintenance tasks to keep the campground running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Landscaping & Groundskeeping: Mow lawns, trim weeds, rake leaves, water plants, and ensure outdoor areas are well-kept.
• Maintain Common Areas: Keep campsites, trails, and public spaces clean, clear, and guest-ready.
• Assist with Light Maintenance: Perform basic facility upkeep such as painting, minor repairs, and general handyman tasks.
• Waste & Debris Management: Empty trash bins, manage composting/recycling, and maintain a clean outdoor environment.
• Pool & Recreation Area Upkeep: Ensure pool, playgrounds, and other outdoor amenities are clean and safe.
• Operate & Maintain Equipment: Use landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Guest Service: Greet guests with a friendly attitude and assist with any grounds-related needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for outdoor hospitality and groundskeeping.
• Experience or familiarity with landscaping tools, lawn care, and outdoor maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid Driver’s License.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry 25 lbs. occasionally.
• Comfortable bending, kneeling, stooping, and working in various weather conditions.
• Ability to safely operate lawn care equipment and maintenance tools.
