Compensation Range: $20.60-$23.62/hr Increase based on production!
How do our Light Duty Technicians Drive Impact?
- Our Light Duty Technicians come in every day and work hands on at our dealership alongside pros of the industry. You will become familiar with all of Walser’s vehicle line-up, the inner workings of our dealership, and will be an integral part of our service team.
- Perform maintenance, including:
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs while following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines, as well as being held to meeting pre-determined performance standards.
- Responsible for handling work on the exhaust system of a vehicle, changing and rotating tires, battery installation and battery cable replacement.
- Responsible for replacing coolant hoses, mirrors, belts, signals, W/S washers, head lamps and bulbs as well as aligning and replacing the lamp assembly and courtesy switch.
- Perform manufacturer minor recalls.
- Perform work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Examine assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
- Assure quality control with all vehicles through safe practices.

- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be 18 years of age.
