Join the Walser Reconditioning Center, our largest operation that supports our dealers from behind the scenes! All used vehicles travel through our reconditioning process, including detailing, dent removal, paint repair, and more. This facility maintains a fast pace due to the volume of vehicles passing through and the various departments involved. With a variety of makes and models to prepare, and work shifts to fit every schedule, we invite you to join the ever-changing reconditioning center!

Compensation Range: $23-$26 + Production Incentives
How does our Light Duty Technicians Drive Impact?
- Perform oil changes
- Replace bulbs and air filters
- Check fluid levels, brakes, tires and other minor repairs on all makes and models of used vehicles
- Make virtually all repairs needed to recondition cars start to finish
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures and protect company assets
- Must wear safety eyewear at all times when in Recon warehouse service departments
- Must wear hard-toed shoes and slip resistant footwear in when in Recon warehouse service departments
- Embrace and exhibit Walser CORE values
- All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned
We're Looking For:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Previous detail experienced
- Must be team oriented
- Automotive degree and/or certification preferred
- Ability to provide your own basic tools
- Must be reliable and have a good work ethic
- Ability to bend, stoop, knell, lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended period of time
