Description

Main Purpose:

Assist warehouse Supervisor with his job duties.

Essential Functions:

• Assist in verifying materials being shipped or received comply with purchase orders and/or delivery tickets.
• Operate forklift to load and unload materials.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
• Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

•  Standing: is an essential job function/physical requirement.
•  Walking: is an essential job function/physical requirement.
•  Turning, twisting, bending, and stooping: These physical requirements are essential job functions.
•  Pushing and Pulling: These physical requirements are essential job functions.
•  Reaching, forward, and reaching overhead: These are essential job functions /physical requirements.
•  Lifting: employees must lift to 25 pounds and occasionally 50-75 pounds.
•  Ability to understand instructions and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Job Requirements:

• Must have 1 year forklift operating experience.
• Oilfield warehouse experience.

Desirable Experience, Education, Training:

• 1- Year plus forklift operation.
• 1 - Warehouse experience.
• High school diploma.

 Environmental Conditions:

• 80 to 90% of the work activities are performed outdoors. Individuals will be required to work in changes of temperature, hot, cold, humid, wet, and dry conditions, dust, mud, etc. They may also be exposed to fumes (Paint, paint thinners, diesel, /or gas, etc.)
