The Admin Associate will need to be computer literate, have experience with the VMS systems, processing BOL’s, capable of reading daily reports, processing claims through UPS/FED EX and LTL, and maintain files and paperwork.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent communication skills including active listening.
Service-oriented and able to resolve issues
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization.
