Warehouse Agent (1260194)

As a Warehouse Agent, you will support the safe and accurate handling of time-sensitive shipments from receiving and inspection through storage, pickup, and delivery. You will also maintain complete shipment records and ensure documentation is ready for TSA inspections.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, scan, verify, and properly store incoming shipments.
• Inspect cargo for damage or defects and immediately report any issues.
• Confirm that shipments match the accompanying documentation and report discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate shipment records using established checklists and templates.
• Organize cargo and maintain an accurate warehouse inventory.
• Prepare shipments for pickup, delivery, or internal movement.
• Follow all TSA regulations, security procedures, and workplace safety requirements.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist with shipment pickups or deliveries when a driver is unavailable.

Requirements

• At least one year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record preferred.

Work Environment

• In-person position.
• Requires prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and moving throughout the workday.
