Warehouse & Fleet Maintenance Professional

 Molinari Pools is searching for a Warehouse & Fleet Maintenance Professional to join our team. We desire to hire a professional who is responsible for optimizing and organizing warehouse layout, field readiness and fleet maintenance.

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring proper stock of materials and equipment is ready for field technicians each morning.
• Offload pallets and equipment, ensuring optimization of warehouse storage and layout.
• Perform inventory of materials and equipment loaded into vehicles for tracking purposes.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment: inspections, determine repair needs, replacements, routine maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed by completing assigned work orders.
• Plan, develop or implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics and business systems for order management, shipping and storage.
• Monitor product import processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
• Opening the shop, ensure all fleet vehicles are loaded with the proper chemicals, equipment or other needed materials for their workday.
• Manage the fleet maintenance and GPS system- recording vehicle oil changes, battery changes, tire rotation and ensuring the proper vehicle labels.
• Perform vehicle inspections using the Company checklist, inspecting the condition and functionality of the fleet, trailers and Riptide equipment.
• Plan and execute facility layout and designs.
• Perform specific projects as assigned- system integration, equipment inventory count, etc.

• Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen upon offer of employment.
• Must have acceptable driving record
