Job Description - Warehouse & Material Handling Administrator

  • Coordinating and organizing internal logistics-related removals of goods from stock
  • Checking the availability of, and organizing, reusable customer packaging in the dispatch and repacking area
  • Analyzing and eliminating the causes of discrepancies in the inventory between the warehouse and the system
  • Correcting the inventory in the warehouse as instructed by the Manager
  • Manually executing all kinds of material requisitions as instructed by the Manager or internal points of contact
  • Checking and complying with maintenance intervals for forklift trucks in coordination with Maintenance
  • Maintaining, tracking and correcting master data relating to SAP WM/MM
  • Informing the Manager in the event of any errors or unclear process steps
  • Actively participating in providing continuous improvements and solutions to problems within the assigned area
  • Other duties, as assigned
