Company: Atlanta-based moving company Location: Marietta, GA (Metro Atlanta Area) 

Employment Type: Full-Time | W-2

Schedule: Typically 5 days/week (Sundays off) | Average 40 hours per week | Schedule provided at least 7 days in advance | Busiest (and most lucrative) days: Thursday–Saturday

Compensation: $20/hour ($18/hour during training) | Tips on every job (significant earning potential) | Food and drinks provided during workdays

About the Role

Blue United Sourcing is seeking multiple Movers to join our team beginning in Spring and Summer with the goal of building a strong, long-term crew. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role where you’ll be part of a 3-person team completing multiple moves per day.

If you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and interacting with customers, this is a great opportunity with room to grow into leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a positive, professional experience for customers
• Load, unload, and transport furniture and household goods safely
• Wrap, pack, and protect items to prevent damage
• Work with a crew to complete multiple jobs per day
• Follow direction from Team Leads and support daily logistics
• Maintain equipment and ensure trucks are properly stocked

Training & Advancement

• Paid, on-the-job training

• Customer interaction skills
• Mastery of moving techniques

Team Lead opportunities available for high performers (includes driving and leading crews).

• Experience with physical labor (moving, construction, warehouse, etc.)

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to perform physically demanding work daily
• Reliable transportation to/from the warehouse
• Must be 18+
