The individual in this position will work from our office in Fowler, KS.

Opportunity:

Do you enjoy working on a team and sharing new ideas? Are you self motivated? Ideatek is seeking a Warehouse & Phone Install Technician to support the growth of our company! This individual will work collaboratively with team members across different departments and will ensure equipment is ready for installations and install phones for customers. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain precise records of inventory levels within the inventory management system.
• Conduct thorough inventory counts of all equipment, materials, and supplies. Investigate, report, and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Accurately stock and issue merchandise or materials both physically and within the inventory management system.
• Operate a pallet jack and forklift safely and effectively to move inventory.
• Foster and maintain positive working relationships across various departments.
• Configure, test, document, and install customer telephony equipment, including handsets and conference phones.
• Conduct detailed assessments to determine specific customer configuration requirements and needs.
• Plan telephony installations by reviewing customer contracts, construction plans, manuals, and technical specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support team and business needs.

Requirements

Experience Required:

• 2+ years of work experience 
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience utilizing Excel and or Google Sheets 
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability & willingness to operate heavy machinery including pallet jack and forklift (training will be provided)

Preferences:

• Prior warehouse experience operating heavy machinery
