Warehouse and Shipping Manager - Competitive Pay

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the process and the team as it relates to shipping and warehouse functions
• Manage drivers, routing, scheduling, shipping and receiving incoming materials
• Ensure drivers can execute on schedules and locations
• Manage the order process including making sure they are picked and completed
• Manage timecards and administrative tasks related to shipping and warehouse processes

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively, think critically, and problem-solve
• At least 3 years of recent relevant experience in construction, logistics, building & materials
• Some management and supervisory experience, even if not a formal title
• Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft office
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy

Compensation and Hours

• This is an hourly position paying about $25/hr with some flexibility depending on experience
• Hours for this position are 6:30 am to 4 pm
• This is an in-person, full time position in Baltimore
• Assignment is temp-to-hire, so the intention is for it to become a permanent position for the candidate selected
