Warehouse Assistant

CBI International is looking for Warehouse Assistant!

Objective:
Organize, receive and supply the products of the Warehouse for their respective sale, in addition to carrying out tasks to keep the Warehouse in perfect order and optimal conditions, complying with safety instructions established.

Duties:

• Preparation of Orders


• Reception and Dispatch (product)


• Warehouse maintenance and cleanliness


• Organize product storage lines according to income to facilitate Rotation of these


• Management and care of equipment or tools necessary for the performance of work. (PDA, Forklift,


• Pallet Jack etc).


• Report to the immediate boss the conditions of the products that are handled in the warehouse (Broken, Wet, Expired etc.)


• Report in a timely manner to the immediate superior the physical conditions of the equipment used for the completion of the work.


• Report to the immediate supervisor the level of supplies used in the warehouse (Plastic Whrap, tape, boxes etc)


• Report Incidents in Inventory, missing, leftover product.


• Follow the instructions of Industrial Safety dictated by the company.

Objetivo:

Organizar, recibir y abastecer los productos del Almacén para su respectiva venta, además de realizar tareas
mantener el Almacén en perfecto orden y condiciones óptimas, cumpliendo las instrucciones de seguridad
establecido

Funciones:

• Preparación de Pedidos


• Recepción y Despacho (producto)


• Mantenimiento y limpieza de almacenes.


• Organizar las líneas de almacenamiento de productos de acuerdo a los ingresos para facilitar la Rotación de estos


• Manejo y cuidado de los equipos o herramientas necesarios para la realización del trabajo. (PDA, montacargas,


• transpaleta, etc.).


• Reportar al jefe inmediato las condiciones de los productos que se manejan en el almacén (Rotos, Mojados, Caducados etc.)


• Informar oportunamente al superior inmediato las condiciones físicas de los equipos utilizados para la realización de los trabajos.


• Reportar al supervisor inmediato el nivel de insumos utilizados en el almacén (Plastic Wrap, cinta, cajas etc)


• Reportar Incidencias en Inventario, producto faltante, sobrante.


• Seguir las instrucciones de Seguridad Industrial dictadas por la empresa.
