Warehouse Associate

We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, your primary responsibility is to maintain the flow and accuracy of inventory within the warehouse environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the warehouse operates efficiently by maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods. Warehouse Associate Daily Tasks & Duties:

• Accurately count and verify inventory levels using established procedures and technology.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas for easy access and retrieval.
• Conduct routine audits to ensure inventory accuracy and address any discrepancies.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures.
• Ensure that orders are filled accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to prioritize orders.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper handling and storage of inventory.
• Generate reports and maintain documentation related to inventory activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate effectively and optimize efficiency.
• Answer customer questions surrounding available products.
• Maintain well organized product displays.
• Continually assess space conditions and communicate proactively with our sales team.

Warehouse Associate Qualifications:

• Flexible scheduling availability
• Previous experience in inventory management or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications,
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Communicates information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation.
• Exhibits exemplary customer service.
• Superior organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move items, occasionally up to 15 pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
