Job Summary:

 We are currently seeking two Warehouse Associates to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for fulfilling key logistics functions, including receiving, processing, storing and shipping inventory using an automated warehouse management system. This role ensures that accurate tracking, efficient processing, and proper organization of stock to meet and exceed company standards.  

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain a strong focus on safety at all times by adhering to established safety protocols and consistently using the required protective equipment during all relevant tasks.
• Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy in picking, packing, and labeling. Load outbound trucks efficiently and safely to ensure timely delivery. Create and maintain documents needed, including Bill of Lading, packing lists, shipping labels. 
• Receive products and materials from inbound trucks and ensure that everything has been received correctly in the warehouse management system. 
• Store, stage, and organize materials for easy access and distribution, ensuring items are placed in designated areas for efficient retrieval and use on the manufacturing floor. 
• Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure stock levels are accurate and up to date in the warehouse management system. 
• Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, scissor lifts, and other material handling equipment to move pallets in and out of the racking system as needed. 
• Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the need for minimal supervision 
• Basic math skills 
• Strong communication and effective teamwork skills to ensure smooth warehouse operations 
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, and other warehouse machinery 
• Ability to ensure accuracy when receiving, storing, and shipping goods
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Understanding of or ability to learn quickly about warehouse automation and ASRS software is preferred  
• Prior license for forklift strongly preferred 

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or demonstration of verbal and written skills
• Two years of solid experience working in a warehouse handling materials

Physical Requirements:

• Able to tolerate heights of up to 30 feet and narrow spaces of 6 feet
• Able to lift and load items up to 15 pounds frequently
• Able to lift and load items up to 30 pounds occasionally
• Able to lift and load items up to 50 pounds seldom
• Visual acuity to operate equipment safely and pull pallets from bins
