Job Title: Warehouse and Delivery Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Arlington Heights

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse and Delivery Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our warehouse and coordinating the delivery of products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing products and materials

- Coordinate and schedule deliveries to customers in a timely and efficient manner

- Ensure accuracy of inventory levels and conduct regular inventory checks

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations

- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks as needed

- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines

- Perform other duties as assigned which may include but not limited to delivery duties and vehicle maintenance

Requirements

  Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field preferred but not required

- 2+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics coordination

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
