Position Summary

Lincoln Electric Products Co. Inc. is seeking a reliable and versatile individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. This multi-faceted role will involve warehouse operations, material handling. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide support for both warehouse and delivery operations.

It is a full-time, non-exempt position and candidate will be reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Load and unload shipments, ensuring accurate and safe handling of products.
• Organize and store products in designated areas for easy access and inventory management.
• Pick and pack orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory checks and maintaining accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe warehouse environment, following all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Helped organize and label inventory to ensure efficient stock management.
• Perform other general labor duties as required by the warehouse manager.

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or general labor is preferred
• Valid driver’s license (Class B or higher preferred) and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack).
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50-70 pounds)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently and stay on task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and delivery tracking.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and lift to 70 pounds. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. Ability to sit and drive for long periods when acting as a backup truck driver.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade School or vocational Diploma preferred
