As a Warehouse Associate at McFarlane Aviation, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of aircraft parts. This position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments of aircraft parts and materials.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and easy accessibility of parts.
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to update inventory and track shipments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
• Coordinate with production, shipping, and receiving departments to optimize workflow.
• Assist with regular inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the aviation or manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks accurately.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
