Warehouse Associate (Order Puller & Packer)

Wolfsburg West is the ultimate source for Volkswagen Beetle and Bus restoration quality parts. With nearly a half century of high-quality service, we are looking for dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped while helping maintain an organized and efficient warehouse operation.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and fulfill small to large-scale orders from warehouse shelves using pick lists and bin locations.
• Inspect items for quality, scan products as needed, and securely pack orders for shipment.
• Load and unload freight shipments and assist with organizing inventory.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, tape guns, and staplers.
• Assist with receiving incoming inventory and stocking warehouse shelves.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and team-oriented work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
• Perform additional warehouse duties and support tasks as assigned.
• Volkswagen knowledge is not required but is certainly a plus.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience, including picking and packing, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus (training available).

Work Environment:

The Warehouse Associate will work in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. This position requires regular physical activity throughout the shift.
